How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for the email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private online gallery (first email 11/5). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. In your gallery you may select your favorite images and purchase any photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING DEADLINE: November 24
Place your order by the deadline for free shipping of your prints to the school. Digital files are instant.
SHIPPING
All orders placed by the deadline ship to the school before the winter break (free shipping). Later orders ship home for a $8 shipping fee. Digital files are always instant. (You’ll receive a link to download your files right after checkout (please check your spam folder too).
Make-up Day: November 14
Make-ups & Retakes: If you need a retake, please sign up here
Please note that retakes are by request only! (No need to sign up if your student was absent on Photo Day.)
Sibling Photos: If you have multiple children at the school and would like sibling photos, please sign up here.
